Booking Fees
A simple percentage applied to each shift booked through Kalendit. High-volume clients qualify for our Gold loyalty rate.

plus VAT on fees only
Applied to all bookings as standard.
Gold Tier
plus VAT on fees only
Our loyalty rate for clients booking 160+ hours per month.
Permanent Placement Fees
Discovery fees for hiring a Kalendit educator into a permanent role at your setting.

Percentage applied to the educator’s annual salary.
Bank Staff Employment Fees
One-time fees applicable when employing a Kalendit educator on a bank staff contract of less than 35 weekly hours.
