Booking Fee Structure

Due to rising operational costs, Kalendit applies a modest booking fee on all shifts. High-volume educators benefit from a reduced Gold rate.

Standard Booking Fee

4%

plus VAT

Applied to all bookings as standard.

Gold Discount Fee

2%

plus VAT

For educators who complete 80+ hours per month or 10+ shifts.

Earning Opportunities

We recognise this comes during challenging financial times for many. To help our educators maximise their income, we offer several bonus programmes.

£20/month

Requirements:

  • Work a minimum of 8 shifts per month
  • Maintain a 5-star rating

Additional benefit: Featured promotion on Kalendit’s social media and newsletter to enhance your visibility and booking opportunities.

£50/video

Earn £50 for creating approved Kalendit promotional content for TikTok.

  • Videos must be pre-approved and edited by Kalendit before publishing
  • Limited to one approved video per educator per month

Paid after your referral completes their first shift with positive feedback.

Qualified Educator Referral

Paid after your referral completes their first shift with positive feedback.

Nursery or School Referral

Paid after the new client completes three bookings on the platform.
