Kalendit supply staff
Bank can’t cover it? Book vetted supply staff.
Shifts your own bank can’t fill go to vetted Kalendit educators. Pay as you go, no contract.
Kalendit educators are self-employed, so VAT is charged on our fee only, not their pay. Agencies add VAT to the full amount.
8 hrs at £20/hr: £204.16 with Kalendit vs £236.16 through an agency at the same price before VAT. For nurseries that can’t reclaim VAT.
“Kalendit has completely changed how we manage bank staff across our nurseries. We can see who’s available, deploy them where they’re needed, and the compliance is handled for us. It’s exactly what we were missing.”Catherine StonemanCEO, Kido
